9.1.  New York RTMI Capital complies with New York's commercial financing disclosure requirements (NY UCC Article 9 and Commercial Finance Disclosure Law). New York residents who enter into commercial financing agreements with RTMI Capital will receive applicable statutory disclosures at the time of their financing.
